Pionen datacenter is a former civil defence center built in White Mountains Södermalm borough of Stockholm, Sweden in 1943.Pionen datacenter is built to protect very important government functions from nuclear strike.Pionen was converted into a data center by the Swedish Internet service provider Bahnhof. It was opened on 11 September 2008 and Bahnhof continues to use its facility today. Because of the top level facility being buried under the mountain, secured by 40-centimeter thick door, and only reachable by an entrance tunnel.Pionen data center is deep below of 30 meters of granite, with datalinks in the mountain.

Pionen is located in the area of 1100 square meters of space.Pionen is a datacenter which also has features like  fountains, greenhouses,simulated daylight and a huge salt water fish tank which has huge salt water fish collection.This pionen data enter also has two submarine engines which is used as backup power generators.

Switch headquarters are in Las Vegas, with data center facilities and Innevation Centers located in the northern and southern Nevada. The firm added a campus in Grand Rapids, Michigan and recently an announced plans to develop more than 1 million square foot data center campus in Atlanta, Georgia.In 2014, the firm announced the collaboration with Intel and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to give university researchers access to  powerful supercomputers.

Google has various servers of differrent types like Web servers coordinate the execution of queries sent by users, then format the result into an HTML page. The execution consists of sending queries to index servers, merging the results, computing their rank.Ad servers manage advertisements offered by services like AdWords and AdSense.And Spelling servers that help in making suggestions about the spelling of queries.And also google data centers have top level of security to protect information from a hacker.

Scaling and reliability are controlled by Microsoft Azure Fabric Controller which ensures the services and the environment do not fail if one or more of the servers fails within Microsoft data center and which also provides the management of the user's Web application such as memory allocation and load balancing.Azure provides an API built on REST, HTTP, and XML that allows a web and software developer to interact with the services which are provided by the Microsoft Azure.

 When completed in 2016, Range International information group facility located in Langfang, China will be  6.6 million square feet cloud computing data center.Collaborating with IBM, Range will run the data centers to provide services to the private enterprises and The Chinese government agencies.  For its part, IBM will provide range design services, training, technology, solutions and business applications.  The facility will promote the economic growth and serve as an IT hub for the regions to service the increasing demand for cloud computing and for mobile devices.
